RVL-CNT-01-TR Pc will not connect to dolphin

im really at a loss i want to get this to work but i cannot connect my wiimote to dolphin. when i click refresh it does nothing and i have already paired the device to my bluetooth it picked it up as a game controller. please help D:

the emulator says that the controller is connected but doesn't works when the game is running, right? sometimes i must connect the control before run the game

I tried everything and it just wouldn't recognize it in dolphin. i fixed it though by installing the toshiba BT stack works perfectly now

i installed toshiba and the lights are flashing all the time and i can't play
