Hi all, I'm having difficulties pairing this remote and was hoping for some help from those who were able to do it successfully. I am running Dolphin from a Macbook Pro with bootcamp, so my default OS is Windows 7 64-bit, however the bluetooth driver seems to be from Apple.
My question is, am I able to simply install the Toshiba stack and have the controller recognized using the internal bluetooth that came with the MBP or will I need to purchase a separate bluetooth adapter? I would really like to just have it working through the bluetooth that's in the laptop itself as I don't want to purchase an extra adapter to plug in every time I want to run Dolphin.
I have tried WiiPair, and it seems to continually scan for the remote, finds it, and then scans again. Is this how it is supposed to work? I'm not sure what else I would need to do to get it to connect via the Dolphin side, but this is what the command-line looks like:
The PCNAME and MACADDRESS is obviously replaced with my own info, but is the behavior of the continual scanning the way it is supposed to behave?
Would love to get this working through any method, so please chime in if you can. Thanks!
