Running Monster hunter tri on dolphin 3.0-235

Hello everyone!
I'm a newbie here and I would like to know how can I run Monster hunter tri with a minimum of 30fps on my hardware which is a:
CPU intel i3 380M 2.53Ghtz
Nvidia Geforce 310M - 512Mo
4gb of DDR3
Actually I'm running MH at ~17fps which is unplayable .
I tryed to change everything in the graphics configuration but still, the game run slowly.
I even tryed to download some specific builds for MH3 but again, the game still running slow.
I noticed that 2 of the 4 threads of my CPU are used at nearly 100% (to be exact one is used at 100% and the other at ~98%), the GPU is instead, used at ~60%.
Is my CPU too slow to run MH3? Thank you in advance for your help.

I'm sorry but MH3 is a very demanding game, framerate drops are to be expected.

Don't expect miracles though - even with most powerful CPU available there will be slowdowns.
You can try to use JITiL compiler, but for me it only gives 2-3 fps more, unlike F-Zero GX where JITiL + accurate vbeam = 100% speed (on older revision, where dual core works)
