running games faster dolphin

how do you run the games faster on zelda twilight princess when i enter hyrule field it lags i am getting 35 to 40 frames music lags ect. How do i make it run faster with better music? I tried using dolphin 4.0 but lags way too much.

Use the newest development version and enable Hyrule Field Speed Hack in the game properties.
