Running gamecube game stuttering

I am using version 3.0 64bit
And currently all settings on default exept the resolution (1920x1080)i cant seem to get it to work on full screen.

Ps. sind i use a stock cooler im not gonna overclock my cpu i dont see any reason for that either


It also says it need EFB to ram How do i do that?
