@Aleron Ives - Yes, that's correct. The DSP ROM provided by Dolphin was reverse-engineered first to account for Zelda ucode games, then AX ucode games (GC and Wii variants). There are still edge case ucodes that aren't taken care of, and the IPL (aka BIOS) ucode is one of them. So in short, you need a real DSP dump. Though, given how well we understand the DSP, I don't see why HLE work can't extend to that some time in the future (aside from the problem of getting someone to do the work).
