How do you build for the different versions of SSE such as SSSE3 and SSE4?

The question is does it have any effect on performance? I've had members who mentioned that my builds are often slower than others builds. Some enthused over decent speeds they allegedly receive with mamario's builds. :/

Strange, only spellforce's builds should be the ones to have an extra speedup and that because of his c++ compiler.

About that, ICC compiled builds were already faster without using any optimizations 10% (estimating on my own tests), adding SSE3 and up improved that on 1-5% (estimated on those who tested them on i7's).

No idea about performance on AMD users.

OFFTOPIC: 1 min auto-tab refresh on the main forum page is damn awesome for catching posts.
