Running Dolphin/Other Programs Simultaniously Using Multiple Montiors?

THE BACKSTORY:
I have my LG tv plugged into my graphics card through HDMI, one ACER monitor through DVI, and one through VGA. Sometimes when friends are over I split my desktop between one of the monitors and the TV. I run Dolphin on the tv in fullscreen mode and use a wired Xbox 360 controller plugged in through USB to control the games. The emulator works fine, runs the games fine, and the controller works fine.

THE PROBLEM:
As soon as I move my cursor back to my monitor to do a bit of browsing, my friends no longer have controll through the Xbox 360 controller. Is there a way that I can have the mouse focus on the emulator so they can play while I can simulaniously use the mouse on seperate things? Maybe by having 2 cursors and 2 mouses?
