running dolphin-emu

is there any page that tech me how to run the emulator for wii games?
because i don't know how to even start the boot screen for the wii emulator(dolphin)
if you know how please tell me

cpu: 2.2 core2due
GFX:geforce 8600GT 512
ram:2 GB
windows xp sp2 32 bit

Well then search the forum for a particular game(ssbb for example) in th game section of the forum
