Running Dolphin at faster speeds on my laptop?

I have Dolphin and I want to play Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door, but the speed of the GameCube Emulator (Dolphin) runs at half speed (30 fps-ish). It is quite play-able, but I would like the speed to be a little faster, is there any way I can do this?

Here are my specs:
Windows Vista (6.0) Home Premium Edition
Processor: AMD Turion™ 64 X 2 Mobile Technology TL -60, ~2.00GHz
Installed Memory (RAM): 2.00 GB (1918MB RAM available)
System Type: 32 bit operating system

Yes, I have looked at that thread. I usually get up to 40-50 FPS during the game menus, but when I am in the game the FPS goes down to 20-30 FPS

Get a better CPU atleast 2.4Ghz and a nice video card (not any crappy Intel graphic card nor onboard Ati/Nvidia)
P.S you can't upgrade your laptop ,so you might build a gaming desktop to play it fullspeed
