Sad
So I am confused as to why I cant seem to run gamecube games at more than 50% on my laptop, even at the fastest settings. So far I have tried Eternal Darkness and Mario Cart: Double Dash.

Maybe you guys could come up with something. I attached my DxDiag so you can clearly see my specs.

Your CPU should run at 2.8-2.9GHz (automatically turbo boost - 2 cores active) with Dolphin
Maybe you should force turbo boost (set multiplier = either 28 or 29)

No it's not. His computer is fine for a laptop ( it boost to 2.8-2.9 like admin89 said )
He is probably either not using his nvidia card or his cpu is not boosting for some reason.

My CPU is a Pentium Dual-Core with the same clock speed (2.2 GHz) and Mario Kart: Double Dash runs fine (100% speed in all the circuits of the game). But, if you have speed problems, you should check the audio options (if you have LLE Audio activated, the game will slow down in weak CPUs; if it´s in HLE Audio, it might run at least 80% speed). If the game does not speed-up, try activating the External Frame Buffer in Graphics --> Hacks. Try this and then tell me your results.
