It's well known that Riivolution patches IOS to do its work. Dolphin does not emulate IOS -> dead end, unless you're willing to add an entire ARM emulator core yourself.
Riivolution never complains about AHBPROT not being disabled and I've already told you it has no meaning anyway since the extra hardware that would ordinarily be enabled doesn't exist under Dolphin, so assuming AHBPROT is preventing Riivolution from working is a flawed assumption making your "test" completely worthless.
