I just upgraded to Dolphin 4 and for some strange reason my games never start in fullscreen, I always have to switch to fullscreen myself.
The problem with this is that I sit back on my couch with my 360 controller and I don't have a mouse near me to click on fullscreen. This is normally not a problem because I have added dolphin to Steam and when I run steam in Big Picture mode I don't need a mouse and keyboard.
