Run dolphin with this PC?

I tried to use Dolphin on January but it doesn´t work. I wonder if with the new releases of this emulator is posible to run with this CPU:
-Penitum D, 2.8GH
-Intel 945g onboard
-2GB RAM , Windows 7.
Could at least run any of the gamecube/wii games at decent speed?
