Run Dolphin on secondary monitor?

Background Input just helps to play game in second screen while main screen are in use too, but do not help in starting game in my TV in second room in full screem mode

I recently encountered this problem, I modified some code fixes this problem successfully.

Multiple monitors.... Maybe sometime I should try that out.
