Rumble will not work re: Tigergame GC

Problem resolved by reinstalling. I suppose there was a few leftovers from an ancient build causing it, but it works now.

Using latest stable version of Dolphin at time of posting.

Problem:

I have the requisite driver installed, and rumble works from the proprietary TigerGame joy.cpl handler, but Dolphin does not work with it insofar as rumble no matter what combination I use like Constant, Triangle, etc and slider adjustments. Note: All buttons, hats, axises work fine, it's just rumble that does not.

Does anyone else have this device and know a solution?

Here's an image of the product, I am using an official/first party GameCube controller with it. I have no other controllers connected.
