I had a post on here about a force feed back issue but it turns out its just rumble or FFB of any kind not limited to any controller.
3.5 does not have the problem.
4.0 and greater does.
Problem: Once a game preforms a force feedback the game freezes. The usb controller is mangled of sorts and constantly shakes.
Once this occurs
To fix: closing dolpinh allows the usb to continue to work without unplugging the usb and plugging it back in. This is obviously some sort of side effect.
also if I unplug the usb dolphin continue to work. Though the controller is not connected... Plugging it back in just causes more problems.
Seems to be true in most games I'm currently testing in supper smash bros.
Burnout 2 does not have the problem. rumble acts as it should.
Observations:
Using the test constant force the controller acts as it should.
Using any other app the controller acts as it should.
Seems only with dolphin and in "some" games, once the stick is told to rumble, it gets stuck in a loop of some kind hindering both dolphin and the usb controller.
I wanted to first ask here before submitting a bug.
Also I hope someone out there can test and see if this happens to them.
Try to use smash brothers for a test and make sure rumble is set to work using constant force.
