Hi, I have a VibraForce Feedback Sight Fighter 850F See here
And on the site it says :
# Two independent high power VibraForce motors
# Fully compatible with Direct-X Force Feedback in games
But, when I go to Dolphin WiiMote>Rumble and click on that +, it shows up but hasn't anything in the lower textfield, where I guess the motors should be.

Is there any chance I can get them there and working?
Thanks

The attachment is the screen it shows when clicking the +

EDIT: I've been googling "DirectX force feedback" and found alot of codes that work with my device, and possibly others, it is all working in the newest DirecX so this should be implementable in Dolphin, the problem is: I have no idea about C++ coding... Can someone maybe create the needed code? As it would add rubmle to alot of old but working devices...

Does rumble work with your gamepad in other apps/PC games?
Have you tried x86 vs x64 Dolphin?
You haven't attached a screen shot.

If your gamepad doesn't rumble in any other games, it probably isn't Dolphin's fault.
Maybe you need to install the manufacturer's drivers rather than the default ones provided by Windows.

I've googled how to test it, found something about fedit.exe which is an testing app for my device, see first post, any idea to add this function to Dolphin?

Currently only Constant force is supported, most devices seem to work with this.
It is possible that GCPadNew doesn't work correctly with rumble for every gamepad.

I don't know what you mean by "DirectX feedback only devices".

Give some more information on types of rumble that work with your gamepad and I can implement them into Dolphin.

i have logitech rumblepad ,which by default with only plugin-in to comp wont rumble in any game, but downlading and installing software aka profiler from logitech every game rumble with 2 motors.

so u should check if u'r have some aditional software for it.

This one is the only thing I could find for my device, I don't know if you can do anything with it, but as far as I understand this would be the way to let my device rumble
I'm going to sleep now, I hope you can do anything with it as I would really like it Smile
PS: Is it possible to use New WiiMote or GC for this?

Last edit for today:
FEdit.exe is the program that worked for testing my device, it should be included with DirectX sdk but I didn't find it in my SDK, this download is that program... This program is able to create rumble presets I believe, which are then used in DirectX
