You need to have a certain amount of posts to be able to create a thread in the Games sections.

This game is so new that probably no one else has it yet. You'll have to play around with more things maybe to try and load something?

If it's a japanese game, try changing the wii system language to japanese if you hadn't?

That just changes the interface. Force system to ntsc does nothing either. Under Direct3D I get a stat overlay, with framebuffer off but it looks like it's mostly zeros.

IS there any other japanese game with similar problems where it won't run without a certain setting like an AR code or something?

I would say it's the dump I made, but it plays fine on my wii off a hard drive.

The relevant setting is in Config > Wii > System Language, not Config > Interface > Language.

Solution Found: Wii -> System Language -> Japanese

Any other setting produces black screen.

NOTE: Do not confuse this with Interface -> Language (they're not the same)

It's great. The controls are weird, but all of Yuji naka's Wii games are like that (in a good way)

Is this coming out on Wii in the U.S.? I see it on Nis' america's site, but no mention of the Wii version being bundled aside from one mention of "wii/wii" on the site.
