Rock Band 2 DLC

Is it possible to download the songs I have again? Rock Band just keeps telling me to check my Wii's internet settings when I try to enter the music store. I've tried copying over the music I have to Dolphin's NAND, but the game just says something about not being able to index add-on content. It works in Rock Band 3, though, strangely enough.

It isn't possible to download them with dolphin, but if have them on your wii I believe you can dump your NAND to get them.

That's a shame, was hoping it was possible in some way, I like Rock Band 2 more than 3 because of the Tour mode.
