You can't emulate a Rock Band guitar, but if you have a real Rock Band guitar, you can connect the USB dongle to your computer and use Dolphin's USB passthrough feature in order to play with the guitar.

sorry for the late replay I have been working to get my guitar back from my friend I just tried what you said to do and I believe its not working because its not letting me get past the main menu I also tried the original mic for rock band and no luck with that either I'm thinking its maybe a thing with the original rock band let me know if I'm maybe doing something wrong

In the Spoiler I added the compatibility of Rock Band 1 + Track Packs with the instruments. Keep in mind that the instruments will only work with the console they were made for, so you can not use the PS3 or XBOX Rock Band Instruments on a Wii and vice versa.

How to set up Dolphin USB Passthrough:

1. Stick the adapter in an USB port of your computer
2. Install the Zadig driver on the adapter
3. Whitelist the adapter in Dolphin USB Passthrough
4. Start the game... It should now work.
Check my profile for up to date specs.
