I'ts the US version. I have choppy audio on the first cutscene and the game in general seems to look grainy still. What are the best settings, and how do I fix the choppy sound?
Ripped my Xenoblade Wii to PC, and have questions.

How do I edit separate settings for games? this is the first wii game I'm trying to emulate, but these settings make every gamecube game run at like 500 FPS.
When I right click to edit settings that way, every option listed isnt there.
First of all, be sure to read the announcement regarding how to make threads asking for help.
Quote:Currently, we have been closing threads that did not follow the rules about creating a proper thread, like not providing PC specs, game name, settings and all of the information that is needed in a thread from a person asking for help. If you want to ask help about a specific game in Dolphin, follow the guidelines. Post your exact PC specs (e.g. my signature) and your Dolphin settings. To answer one of your questions, separate game settings are stored in .ini files, each one named after the game-id. You may just want to remember which settings are best for Xenoblade and change them in Dolphin's GUI every time you play it, if you don't feel like editing the .ini file. It's really your choice on which you find easier. For your FPS issue, make sure your framelimit is set to something sensible, like Audio, or whatever FPS the game natively runs at (Xenoblade is 30 for NTSC, I believe). At any rate, we need the settings you're currently using for the game. Click the Config button and look at the General tab. Click the Graphics button and look at the General, Enhancements, and Hacks tabs. Those are the most common ones to change, but you might need LLE audio, so click on the DSP button and tell us those settings as well. |
