So I'm not entirely sure what I'm supposed to do with this file, Dolphin doesn't read it.
I've google search all over the place and can't find anything.
Is there a way to convert this to a readable game file without a hacked wii?

Thanks.

In what way did you rip it? (For instance, which program did you use?)

I used ImgBurn and just chose the create image file from disc option.

That doesn't work. The only way to dump your disc using a PC is with Rawdump or Friidump and one of the few special DVD drives that support the exploits these programs require in order to dump GC and Wii discs:

No other programs will work, and using your existing DVD drive will not work, either.

The reason why is that Wii disks aren't technically DVDs, even though a blank disk could become either. For a start, IIRC the data starts marginally closer to the centre of the disk than the DVD spec allows, so to read it all, you need to be able to hack the firmware of the drive to position the head outside of its normal range. There's also a mechanism by which a DVD drive can determine if the thing in it is actually a DVD and not a random bit of plastic (maybe a certain region that always has the same data or something like that) but it's different for Wii disks. It's a fairly effective anti-piracy measure up until someone manages to hack a Wii.

Alrighty, I tried using Rawdump; however, It keeps saying I have a faulty drive. I've tried a number of versions of the program and the suggestions I found on some old forums didn't help.
I have an LG g20ns15.

As they already said, not all drives are supported. You would be better ripping your games with your Wii.
