There is new soft for Wii named Riivolution, who allows to patch games on-the-fly (including unofficial translations), and some translations are or will be available only in this format (TOG announced for Riivolution only for example). So my question is: can I use these patches on Dolphin (or maybe somehow convert them to ISO patches)?

Answer: No

Riivolution needs a homebrew enabled nintendo wii and IOS37 which is in their wiki page
but also to have some kind of software like this need to be implemented to emulator.plus it
will take time and maybe could be benefit to fix glitches in our games to we play in
dolphin.

Yes, I already know this. But I don't expect to Riivolution itself can run on Dolphin and I don't think it's necessary - Riivolution info says "our patching system works by redirecting reads from disk to an external device on-the-fly", and it uses special format patch files, so I think support for this redirecting and patch files support may be not so hard to include into disk reading module. Am I wrong?

Dolphin already has that for hi-res textures, I don't think it's hard really

As of right now, no. Riivolution uses files directly related to the wii's processor itself, which is not exactly the same as dolphin. Without knowing how Riivo actually accesses the wii's internal system, it would be difficult(though not impossible) for someone who can come up with a patching scheme that would work with dolphin's emulated system. And it will be even less of a chance if they decide to encrypt the data in the patch or the patch itself, which was hinted at in a gamefaqs topic.
