Ridiculously now on android require internet to run games

As the title said guys..I noticed since Installed the last few recent builds.. If I'm not connected to internet dolphin crash booting any game ..mine it is a problem as im in London..and I travel a lot underground...theres any chance to avoid this check? Honeslty I dont really like this new silly feature

This is definitely not an intended feature.

This is likely caused by analytics being flipped on in Android.

Use a build before that commit to avoid that bug for now.

Guys..not being lazy..but lately I been testing new versions with new settings and i was was going in crazy to find the perfect suitable settings each of my games ...if i have to install previous builds ...mean I'm gonna lose again all the job i done so far...so if please theres a chance to solve this issue(cos it is)into a new version ..means we not gonna have this again in the future....would be amazing..honestly.. when this morning I found out this bug while I was on the tube as my plan was to have at least 10 mins of gaming  and sadly i couldn't..really annoyed me .. maybe I'm being greedy and I apologize ...but honeslty my life was much better without this

I gave you a solution until we fix the bug.

You can use that version until we fix the bug or you can just wait.

I can wait..honeslty..to much to do for me..I spend the last 3 days guys..I really appreciate it ..thank u so much ..ps since I'm here can I also ask how do I do to do bug reports? I'm also doing he same helping users with my app but as we are talking about 2 different thing obviously now I am the one that like to help with bugs report..only cos if this can help to improve dolphin and boost people to download it if there will be a official paid versuon( I used to buy the gold one couple of years ago ..and still have it..but very very buggy and slow..no a game used to work..memories lol
