It's between R3851 and R3877. I'll see if I can narrow it down some more.
I can't find any public builds after 3851 to R3860 to test anymore, but you should be able to find out the problem narrowed down this far. R3851 runs fast, after that I tested as high as R3877 and it runs slow, so obviously somewhere in-between those twenty-odd revisions there is a problem.
