[RESOLVED!] GC Bios Skipping when unabled... [All dolphins with this function]

Hello, I have a problem which when I disable the GC Bios on the configuration, and I enter an game, it never shows up, it enters at the game directly:
1st: I disable the option to skip bios...
2nd: I open the game and don't shows up the BIOS...
3rd: When I back to the options, it's enabled again

I was to test one of my Hacks on the GC Bios...
