I have a small little problem im guessing is super easily fixable, but i cant for the life of me figure out how to deal with. 
I've always been playing megaman 10 in this lowest possible resolution avaiable on Dolphin 2.0, this screenshot:

but recently, something happened. I dont know when it started, but im positive i've never touched any settings before cause i have it all setup perfectly the way i want for this game. I tried redownloading a fresh copy of dolphin 2.0, but it was still the same size as it's now showing in the next screenshot below. I have no freaking clue how to get it back to normal again.
This is what it now looks like, it's way too wide and i don't like it.

I use these dolphin settings related to resolution:
4:3 aspect ratio
640x480 resolution
No crop
im not sure if i need to list other specific settings exactly. but is there any way i can get it back to how it looked in the "normal.png" shot ??
