So if someone wrote a "perfect" emulator, it would run games perfectly.

Well no shit, sherlock.

What exactly is the point of stating that? All he said was that a perfect WiiU emulator would have to be able to run wii games since the real WiiU can. That is a completely factual statement. Why are you arguing with him? And once again you're being extremely rude for no real reason.

It's not a fact at all. It's an assumption based on incomplete knowledge.
An emulator for wiiu games wouldn't need to emulate most of the wii's hardware, so saying it would run wii games better than what Dolphin already does is obviously wrong.

What incomplete knowledge are you referring to?

So you're saying a perfect WiiU emulator would be able to ignore large sections of the hardware as well as one of the major features of the WiiU and still be able to consider itself "perfect"?  Because that makes no sense to me.  A perfect emulator by definition would have to emulate all of the hardware perfectly, not just what was required to run games or even just core games.  How can you even begin to consider an emulator a complete emulator for a system when it completely ignores emulating important hardware from the that system?

And none of this has anything to do with this rude comment here:

As pointed out quite clearly by you, implementing WiiU support in Dolphin is not feasible because the systems are too different. But for some reason it's valid to expect a WiiU emulator to run Wii and GC games, even though they use hardware that's completely unnecessary for WiiU games and adding support for them would have absolutely nothing to do with WiiU emulation (you'd basically be rewriting Dolphin just for the hell of it and there's no reason to think the result would do a better job than a currently active project that's been worked on for around 10 years).
Now let's just hand-wave the inaccuracies away by putting "perfectly" in front of everything e.g. if I wrote a perfect OS, it would make both Windows and Linux obsolete. That is not a fact, it's a tautology.
Are you guys also counting on RCPS3 becoming the "perfect" PS1 and PS2 emulator?

That was the perfect way to illustrate your point! PS3s (even the first gen that included some PS2 hardware including the full emotion engine), don't require or utilize PS2 hardware in order to function.

Now the Original "FAT" PS2 on the other hand included PS1 hardware that was shared (the PS1 SPU was used as part of the PS2s audio processing). So the idea that an emu like PCSX2 could/would one day attempt to emulate PS1 hardware because it should/could lead to better over all emulation of PS2 audio is in fact plausible. I don't believe (and correct me if I'm wrong) that WiiU hardware relies on any single piece of it's predecessors hardware in order to operate, meaning that emulating any part of the Wii or GCN inside of a WiiU emulator is wholly unnecessary.

Xtra Useless info: IIRC, the PS2 "Slim" dropped the PS1 SPU and RAM and compensates the loss of PS1 hardware through software emulation and hardware overclocking of the PS2s EE/GS.

It uses the same DSP (although in WiiU mode it's beefed up with more RAM), the SD slot, bluetooth USB host adapter and USB ports are still there (SD and bluetooth only exist in Dolphin as IOS interfaces, so not usable for WiiU mode) and the RTC is the same.

... a "perfect" wiiU emulator may just start dolphin for wii games ...

Edit: Through this sounds like a joke, it's not. The hardware isn't so different (but the GPU), but the software stack is. A "perfect" emulator would only emulate the accessable parts. As there is no need for dolphin to emulate the power supply, it's also not needed for a wiiU emulator to emulate lots of the hardware. WiiU games run in a sandbox / operation system. So it's fine to only emulate the API of this operation system. I guess it doesn't allow to access the old GPU, so emulating this old GPU is as worth as emulating the power supply. But it does allow to chainload a wii bios and to start a game there. So starting dolphin would be exactly the emulation of this feature...

Is there or will there ever be a way to access those ISOs and play them through Dolphin?
