How can I add qualities such as: 1.5X like Dolphin Mmjr to Android app?  Is it related to Dex or Lib?

You'd have to do some hacking in RenderBase.cpp, and perhaps associated files as well.

Since this is something we have decided to explicitly not support due to the problems it causes, I won't provide more help than this.

i remember something along the lines of "will literally corrupt your TTYD save file"

i can't remember any other problems off the top of my head tho
