Hey, I JUST got Dolphin about two days ago, so I got the official release (RC1 V 2.0) and I have a .gcm of Twilight Princess.

I've been having a lot of issues with setting the graphics. Whenever I try to change the resolution, AA or AF, as soon as I load the game it defaults to 640x480 and the AA and AF get reset. It also locks so I can't even change it, even if I changed it prior to loading the game.

Also, whenever I try to change the controller options, they don't ever save or anything, is that supposed to happen? Should I just try to get a new controller plugin?

I appreciate any help, thanks.

first what os ? if win vista / 7 you need write rights to the folders.

for Zelda TP if cg or wii use 3D9 ist the best.
general tab
dual core on idle skip on
hle on jit select
Locks thret an dsplle on core try it i have nothing to happens if it on or off
tab wii all off
tab Plugins
Grafiks
3D9
CPU -> EFB on
Enhnsments scaled copy on all other off
Advanced
Disable fog on
efb to texture
all other off
Sound
DSP-HLE
first both on al other if you need

an i see you use the GC version of TP
GAmepad GC Plug in

thats all
if jou have no Pad or 3D9 Plugin youn need

It runs rather smoothly actually, it's just the resolution won't change...

Also, trying to run it in Direct X instead of OpenGL just makes it crash. Whenever I try to change the settings, when I hit apply, then open it again, it resets. All my settings reset every time I try to change something. I think I found out that's the main problem.

Try deleting your .ini files, if it doesn't help, redownload Dolphin. Make sure Dolphin is placed in a folder where it has privilege to change files in it's subfolders (Vista and Win7 may not allow that if it's placed in the program files folder.) This step first btw.

Hah, taking it out of program files fixed it. Would have never have thought of that. Is it possible to make it work properly in program files?
