The same thing was happening to me. If you disable Dual Core option then you will not get that error message any longer. My fps also dropped a lot from doing so. I can get the game to run around 30fps to 66fps in the Dolphin 2.0 Build. In the new builds though, it runs a lot slower. Also the sound is still really glitchy. If you found a way to get the sound working better during scenes let me know.

If your wondering I have an AMD 1090T at 4.3Ghz, 8Gb DDR3 Ram at 2000 Mhz, two ASUS 5870 V2 CF running at 1012Mhz GPU Clock and 1395Mhz Memory Cock.

I'm playing RE ZERO (NTSC) WII version on Dolphin 6283 and it's working almost perfectly except it randomly crashes from time to time. Speed is mostly 30fps, sometimes drops to 25. No sound problems here. Right now i'm about to enter the cathedral.

Oh and disable "use panic handlers".

My specs:
Intel Core I5 660 3,33ghz, Gigabite Radeon 5850 1GHZ, 8 GB DDR3 RAM, WINDOWS 7 PRO - 64BIT
And the most important thing to do:
DIsable LOCK THREADS TO CORES and dsplle on thread.
Or you'll lose about 10fps in RE ZERO!!!
