Resident evil Zero freezes and doesnt save data

Im starting to play resident evil but the problem is doesn't save the data so i have to play again.
also resident evil randomly freezes , my screen freezes but the game is still playing.

I use dolphin 4.0

Nvidia 210 1GB
4GB Ram
