resident evil the dark side chronicles [ black screen ]

the game does not start , all i can see is a black screen and the fps is 0 % and it doesnt increase , i tried with other games and they all work fine .
im using the latest dolphin [r7623] on windows vista 64 bit
And my graphics are [ direct 3d9] im using an internal graphic card
what can be the problem ?
