Wink

So are you saying that if you disable the "Allow filtering" iso property this will cause problem with audio? Smile

yes, it causes me trouble, don't know why, just tried it at a friend's house and it worked just fine, it seems I'm the only one experiencing this weird issue; I'm gonna have to delete the previous posts I've made about this issue so that I won't be alarming anyone pointlessly... Sad

hi guys
I wonder if someone is having problems with the latest revisions, the save state does not work, and no other hotkey as Esc to exit and closes, like alt + enter to fullscreen, and especially the saves states, anyone know how to solve ?
thanks

uhm, the hotkeys work ok here...
about save states...don't use them to really save your game...they cannot be garanteed to work...especially not over many different revisions.

I have been using SVN6624 running Resident Evil Remake on wii. Game runs perfect when OC my cpu to 4 GHZ. Almost don't need to do this. The problems I am seeing is occasionally between prerendered cutscenes sometimes the background will flash black for a split second. The way to get around this is to change Copy Enable to Texture. This removes the black glitch. Doesn't cause any other problems except seems to speed up game a little bit more without any problems.

Also some rooms have some weird high pitch noises that scare the shit out of you if you got your speakers up loud. Examples. After defeating plant 42 if you go back and get the mansion key by the fire place audio goes crazy and I had to go through a couple different rooms to get rid of it. Usually this happens near a certain type of candle in about 3 or 4 rooms in the mansion. Other than these this game runs freakin awesome. No character model problems or background errors. Occosionally I do see little spots of black from the top to bottom on the left side of the screen during some cutscenes. Very minuscule of a problem.

One more thing to show. - (Update checked out this on Youtube gamecube version and that scene seems to slowdown the GC console as well. Wii version if alot slower than GC though.)
Slowness when shark tries to eat you before you shock it. Goes from 30fps down to 7 fps. GC version doesn't slowdown as bad as the wii version. If I recall the GC console had slowed down during this time as well? Tried software, opengl, and d39 with lowest resolution and anything I could think of. Processor even goes from 70% usage to about 20% being used during this time which seems strange.

Specs:

8500 Core2duo OC to 4GHZ
Nvidia 8800 GT
4 GB Ram

Settings
SVN 6624

Enable Duo Core
Enable Idle Skip
Display = 1280x720 - fullscreen
D39 -
V-sync
1x anistrophic
load mipmaps
EFB Scaled copy
Force Bilinear Filter
EFB Scale 3x
Copy Enable to Ram

Core I72600k 3.4GHZ OCed to 4.0 GHZ
Zotac Geforce GTX670
4 GB Ram

It seems to take place when a new area is loaded; or as the camera pans or does a 180 something... (...) Is this a limitation of the emulators current compatibility or something I can fix on my side?

It seems to be worse when I crank the settings up, but even when I turn the settings down to 480p and disable AA and AF it's still there.
I started playing Umbrella Chronicles, it's exactly the same for me and I have the same question. Is this normal for UC to run like this or can something be done to improve the performance? Sometimes it's barely noticeable but for example the Rebirth chapter is extremely laggy.

I also encountered the Dolphin Direct3D11 problem someone mentioned (messed up and missing textures) and I think it's because when using this graphics plugin you can't enable EFB copy to RAM, only copy to texture. Dolphin Direct3D9 works fine though.

Seems the ending credits sound crackles and hisses. Very weird when no other video does this. It rarely does this in game.
