Does anyone know what the bug or problem is that causes background music or music to stop playing? I noticed this is persistent in quite a few games, RE0 and Remake, RE3, RE4, Twilight Princess (Wii) and some other games suffer from this.

I'm presuming a feature or ucode isn't implemented, if the problem with RE0 and Remake is fixed it might fix the other games as well since they all seem to exhibit very similar problems.

It's also interesting that this happens only in the GC version. The ingame music in the Wii port of RE1 is correct, it also plays louder than the GC. Go figure.

This is a long shot but something similar happened to me, go to Control Panel\Nvidia Control panel\Manage 3d Settings\Program Settings Tab and delete the dolphin profile. Also if this does not work go to the Global Settings tab and down the bottom theres a "Restore" button. This restores your default settings. I know you have Nvidia set up form reading your posts on the old thread btw. This is just a stab in the dark but its something not everyone thinks to do. Hope it helps.

Just finished Resident Evil Zero PAL on Dolphin, awesome game, awesome emulator. Not a single bug, beside the t-infected ones.
No slowdowns at all, felt like playing the real thing. Only the audio is crackling from time to time but no biggie at all.
Sometime some audio get lost, but you only notice if you pay attention to this but since the game is so thrilling your attention most likely lies in progenitor killing.
I had no settings changed besides the resolution and I enabled dualcore, was playing on the latest svn's.
And savestates really made this game even more enjoyable, no stupid typewriters anymore.

Any1 see a bug like a flashing / blinking screen (flickering) in some areas of RE Remake? How to fix this? :\

Ps: my version is NTSC and the flickering happens in some rooms on rev 3972

For me is a EFB bug on OGL plugin but i don have any knowledge of Cg API to try fix this
