Resident Evil 3 Nemesis seems to work ok, though sound works not very well. Enable Safe Texture Cache hack to fix some glitches. Game seems to run at full speed and controls are responsive.

Does anyone know the reason why the Resident Evil Zero audio fix doesn't seem to work in the newer revisions? I noticed that this fix has seemed like it has been broken for several hundred and maybe over a thousand revisions.

I'd like to know how I could get it to work again?

Is that hack needed anymore? I thought that the echoing problem of the NTSC GameCube version got fixed some time ago.

@ nosound97 - could you post the settings you used for playing RE3

Resident Evil RE-make GAMECUBE, testing in latest Dolphin and earlier releases ( Orleans ), cannot CHANGE TO DISC 2.

I am running NTSC - U version.

Dolphin responded something like this :

"Invalid image files (drive):/(folder):/(isoname).ISO@#%(yes there is symbol like that)

And the game itself didn't recognize the second disc, and think it was different disc.

Both happens with
1. My original GC-disc dumping ( I own my original game, and set it to default 1,5 GB )
2. (I got it) and nothing, still the same

Did i do something wrong at dumping? Or bug inside emulator itself? Or anyone experience same problem with me?

That is all. If you like to know, i can attach my savegame.

Help me please Smile

I had this problem, when i was playing RE remake. Only solution i know of is to use some old rev i used 2842 IIRC, then transfered save to newer one (entire memory card file not save state) It seems that this problem is not fixed to this day :/

I had the disc changing problem with Resident Evil Zero NTSC in recent releases. Though it works for me with r4986. But the new GC Pad plugin won't let my gamepad rumble. There is always a catch...

Now i have a question. Why when i try to run RE remake PAL in rev 4771 i get Black Screen no sound no nothing, just info about my cpu,gpu and such i remember i had this issue with every other rev, then i did something i don't quite remember what Smile right now it works in older revs but not in 4771 is there some solution to this ?

Also, RE0 randomly crashes when i'm changing rooms, door animation plays like always, then when i'm supposed to enter room "door closing sound" gets looped and emulator crashes.

Well, again i dont know why, but Re Remake pal works now in 4771 (Fixed itself somehow, lol)
But now i have problem with slowdown in main hall in pal and ntsc, on earlier revs this problem only occured in ntsc, eh... Worse part is that Re0 is not as fast as it used to be, 18-20fps in earlier revs i always got full speed in highest settings AFx16 AAx8 and such. I finished Re rem some time ago, but i cant finish RE0 due to those Random Crashes :/ where can i download rev 46xx ? i see only 4525 in download section of the site Smile
