but with my motherboard i can mount a CPU that works fine with dolphin?
Don't tell me that is absolutly necessary an intel cpu Sad

this is the specs

AM3+ Socket:

Support for AMD AM3+ FX processors
Support for AMD AM3 Phenom™ II processors / AMD Athlon™ II processors

There aren't any good AMD CPUs out right now, sorry. There aren't any that will work with the AM3+ socket that are good with Dolphin for full speed in a games.
Desktop:
OS: Windows 7 64 bit
CPU: Intel Core i5 3570K @ 4.4 GHz
GPU: EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Factory OC'ed)
RAM: 16 GB @ 1600 MHz
Dolphin Revision:3.0, 3.0-784, 3.5, latest 3.5

independently from dolphin, for general use AMD are always bad?
What about this point tha i can read on wiki-dolphin in the resident evil zero page?

Single threaded performance on all AM3+ socket AMD CPUs right now kinda sucks. So any program that relies heavily on less than 4 cores would run much better on an Ivy Bridge Intel CPU. This includes Dolphin and various other programs.

For other gaming purposes, it has also been shown that frame latency (stuttering) is much higher on AMD Bulldozer and Phenom CPUs (definitely not a good thing).

why? The limit is represented bu theAM3+ socket or from the bulldozer architecture?

GC edition resident evil 4 is TIMELESS-QUALITY & MY FAVORITE. I LIKE emulating this game very much. It looks much better with 3X IR, 9x SSAA...

The bulldozer architecture is pretty bad. That's why Bulldozer is called Faildozer Tongue
