Resident Evil Remake, Low fps in Main Hall and sound glitches

I'm new on the fórum, so if I'm posting in the wrong place, I'm sorry =/

Well... let's go to the problems...

So, how you can see, I'm a fan of Resident Evil series

I have played all games 'till the end in many diferentes plataforms, but my favorite plataform is the PC ( by many motives, one of those are the graphics as well)
A long time ago (on my old PC, very poor) I have tried to run Resident Evil Remake and as far I remember I have played very well, with good FPS and without issues or annoying bugs, but with very bad graphics, like I said, my old PC was a sh*t.

And now, with my new PC, I tried to play this once again, but with better graphics, cause I f*ck1ng love this game, that's epic game in Resident Evil's series and general games.

But I'm having many problems, bugs and issues that I don't has in the past when I played it on my old PC

I'm having low FPS in the first scene on the main hall (18~20 FPS) and f*cking terrible glitches on sound at all time, from the menus sound up the gameplay (but the vídeos run fine) things like dirty noises, sound corruption and many others things... the sound is complete f*cked.

In the gameplay I have no FPS issues, I run the game in constantly 30FPS and if I disable FPS limit I can easily reach more than 50FPS, the game is fully playable.

I Tried change the Dolphin configuration but I have no luck till now...

So... I was wondering if any of you, my friends, have any ideia or tip for what I can do =/

I'm using Dolphin 4.0.2 x64.

There are two things going on.

1: You're not reaching full speed; likely because your computer is quite a bit outdated. That also means that you'll get audio stuttering because, surprise, if the game doesn't go full speed neither does the audio.

2: If HLE is having bugs, the game may need to use LLE audio, which is even more straining for your computer.

Some areas use more CPU than others, so, just because you can run some areas full speed doesn't mean you can run everything full speed.

But I think my PC is good enough to run this game without FPS problems...

Processor:AMD Athlon II X4 645 3.1GHz
Video Card: NVidia MSI GeForce GTX650 1GB DDR5 128bits

Or not?
Anyway... Resident Evil Zero, Resident Evil 4, Metroid, Fatal Frame IV, Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3, Super Mario Galaxy 2 and many others games are running perfect, Resident Evil Remake is the only one that I'm having low FPS =/

I think maybe it's something wrong with the emulator or the configuration of it.

According to the Dolphin Benchmark, you'll be lucky to run even average games full speed.
