Resident evil REmake help

i got resident evil remake, and the game works fine, i can play it through Dolphin emulator..

but...
in some places the game goes really slow? what is the problem.. the game is slow on max resolution same as the lowest? i think that my computer is not to weak:

core2duo e7400
4gb ram
geforce8800gtx

do you know what should be the problem, it seems like the FPS drops on some places in the game, and that is really annoying..

please help out if you know the answer, I would be very thankfull..

It's a known issue you'll have to do with these slowdowns
