I know the chances of someone reading this and replying are slim.

I know the chances of the problem actually getting fixed are slimmer.

I'm currently playing RE:Remake and have just gotten into the mansion's courtyard. As I'm about to enter the 2nd part (the outside bunkhouses) my game crashes without fail every time I enter the door. I'm playing on all basic setting and have fiddled with the settings for the past day and attempted to play on other engines. It keeps freezing.

Is there a way around this? Is it possible it's the actual ISO that's doing this?
Nevermind! I found out what was causing the errors!

I read someone else post that said that using the emulator's save rather than the memory card causes the problems. This is true! After saving normally and trekking it back, I was able to go through the door! For those in the future who may find this post, try using the in game save if you aren't. It may just work for you as it did for me!Big Grin

I read someone else post ...

This is exactly why we encourage people to use the forum search or google around before posting.

Yes, never trust Dolphin's save state feature. It's extremely unreliable.
