Ok, as far I've seen there is no thread regarding to this problem...
The problem is that 3D objects are not aligned with 2D backgrounds:

-Using Dolphin SVN r6261, tried newer r7XXX but it crashes at the start of the game.
-FPS is great, no slowdowns (tried changing from OpenGL to Direct3D but no effect)

Try disabling wide screen hack.

Why is fog disabled? This literally makes no difference to performance by leaving it enabled, and disabling it can break some things. No need to enable high res textures as there is no high resolution texture pack for this game.

Disabled Widescreen Hack and it's ok now, the screen is a bit streched but I'll get over it...anyway thanks for helping. Smile
As far as I've read disabling fog may improve performance in some games, but thanks for the info.Is there any way to improve the quality (sharpen) background sprites?

Well I guess it depends then, but I know disabling fog causes issues with some games such as NSMB. Leaving fog enabled shouldn't make much of a difference to performance, if any, well unless you have a completely crap system. Tongue

For quality, you could try enabling MSAA and/or switching Copy EFB to "Texture", as far as I know this game doesn't require Copy EFB to Ram.

Hm, after few hours of playing I noticed another problem, this time with sound. After loading a Dolphin save game some sounds are missing (footsteps, music...) and sometimes there's no sound at all.Is there any fix so I wouldn't have to restart the whole game to load my save? Undecided

No fix other than switching to LLE which is slower and requires the dsp rom and coef to be dumped from a Wii/GC in order to use. HLE is bugged, it is unlikely these issues will be fixed any time soon considering these issues have been around for over a year.
