resident evil remake freezing glitch

i am playing RE:Remake and it's running perfectly but when i try to enter a door (in the room in picture below)the game Freezes up at the door opening scene Sad

i found out some one else had this problem but unfortunately no one gave him an answer Undecided

i am using dolphin 3 on windows 7 64bit laptop with default setting(just increased resolution and anti aliasing also ticked v-sync)
cpu:intel core i5
graphic:geforce gt 335m
4 Gb ram
