I've tested a lot of rev's but I'm still getting the best fps on Dolphin-r3778 and using IL.exe because with normal - it's slower. Also I'm getting similar speed on r3761 from nosound97's thread but it's little slower than the 3778 one. I don't know if someone mentioned it but background music is working - of course not perfect, but definitely it don't cause ears to bleed - you can get used to it.
