To make this simple, let me start by listing the following config settings sorted into their respective config menus and tabs along with the sections of those tabs. If you don't see something, assume it's set to the default/unchecked.

As well as this the following PC specs:
OS: Windows 10 Pro - Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045
CPU: Intel i7-8700K, 3.70GHz
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME Z390-A
RAM: G-Skill 16GBs
Game in question: Resident Evil (Disc 1)
The main issue: After starting a new game, selecting difficulty and character, and getting through the first cutscene, before the following cutscene loads in (for in-game reference this is just after the screen reading "Enter the survival horror"), an error occurs stating the error in the thread subject. If I choose to ignore it, it pops up soon after; if I choose to have Dolphin not continue, Dolphin crashes.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open game
2. Select New Game
3. Select Difficulty
4. Select character
5. Allow first cutscene to play out, or skip it
6. Text screen will load, and then the error will occur when game tries to play the second cutscene
Hopefully I'm posting any relevant information about this. I updated to 5.0-6461 so I could play the Rogue Squadron games, but I should note that on the previous version I had of Dolphin (5.0-21264) this error did not occur. I'm perfectly happy to go back to that one if need be but I figured it a good idea to post here and see if it couldn't at least give some insight for anyone having similar issues!
