I tried DSP LLE recompiler, it's working but every time I load my save state dolphin crashes.

It's probably worth mentioning the crash you're getting isn't because Dolphin's save states are that buggy (they are a bit iffy sometimes, stable other times) it's that the save states made with HLE and LLE are incompatible with one another.
You're right. Using an old save (savestate) after switching to LLE is likely to crash the emulator. I should've mentioned this
