Resident Evil Archive (RE4E08) Cheat codes not working

Hello all,

I have been trying to figure out why no code would work with RE4E08, using dolphin svn R 6659. (However I am new at this so I might have not done the right thing)
I tried AR(Action replay codes - http://www.residenteviluncut.com/residentremakecheats.html , http://uk.codejunkies.com/search/codes/Resident-Evil_GameCube_7340121-7___.aspx) , i tried gecko codes (http://www.geckocodes.org/index.php?c=RE4E08#2 , http://www.maxiconsole.com/wii-cheats-section/3038-resident-evil-archives-ntsc-u-usa-codes.html). Also tried applying some of the gecko codes in the patch tab which did not work either.
I tryed launching the game with the cheats actived, or activating them during the game but nothing works.

Would be great to find a solution. im getting desperate

ps: only thing i can think of is that I am using codes for the gamecube version and I have the WII version of RE4E08; but i think theres only one version for both consoles so . .

I've just tested the gecko codes, cheats work fine, you probable did not select the "Enable cheats" checkbox in the main config.
