I think it's worthy of the new style of Resident Evil. It's still really hard to see sometimes between the darkness and the wonky camera, but I guess the longer you play, the more you get used to it and it might become less of an issue.

Well, I've just finished Leon's campaign. It seemed almost like an entire game by itself. I've still got 3 more different character campaigns, plus the Mercenaries and all of the DLC stuff. Pretty enjoyable so far, once you get the hang of the controls. There is definitely no lack of content here, that's for sure. I'll post a few more screenshots at some point, too.

I'm downsampling. With NVIDIA GPUs it's even easier.
Here's a tutorial on GAF on how to do it with NVIDIA GPUs.
Here's one for AMD at Guru3D.

Lol, I wish. I only have a measly 1680x1050 monitor.

Would've loved to see some screenshots of the playthrough. Then again, it looks like you really enjoyed it to not have taken screenshots.
It's not surprising. I see many people on the net loving the PC version of the game due to better framerates and IQ. The hate seems to have faded away.

Here are few small screenshots. There aren't very many enemies (if any) in these shots, I didn't stop to take screenshots in the middle of fights. They're definitely not the greatest shots in the world, but it's something. Tongue

There might be an end of Leon's campaign boss spoiler in the last picture if you haven't gotten that far in the game yet.

Nice screensh─ why are you using imgur? It completely destroys the quality of the picture. (Tip: minus, abload)
They would've looked much better without the horrible compression.

I like the second screenshot. An enemy is right in your face and you're aiming at air. Tongue
Thanks for spoiler-tagging the last image. I haven't beaten the campaign yet, so I'll check it out when I've finished it.

Yeah, I use imgur for just about everyhing. If I post some more shots, I'll consider using something else.

Yeah, I think that enemy wasn't active at the time. Some guys come alive after certain events happen in the level. Besides that, running, sliding, aiming and shooting is tough while trying to snap a screenshot. Tongue

Yeah, I don't enjoy it when people openly post spoilers, so I don't do it.
