Resident Evil 4 Wii edition (Leon Coat Unlocked)

Use "WIIScrubber"
  WIIScrubber.zip (Size: 282.87 KB / Downloads: 432)

Double click on "WIIScrubber.exe'

Load your game.

Go to /Partition 2/Em/

Extract the "pl00.das" and "pl00.drs"

Now replace the "pl08.das" to "pl00.das" and "pl08.drs" to "pl00.drs"

Now you have the Coat on Chapter1-2

For you keep the coat even when you are using "Tactical Vest"

you need replace "pl09.das" to "pl00.das" and "pl09.drs" to "pl00.drs"

This should work for PAL too (I think)
