He has never Drivers, r12, which are very slow but more or less definitively more accurate than r7. The flickering graphics and and text is only on adreno 08-02-2017, 08:24 AM

They can sit in their little hole and wallow in driver misery, but at least this wouldn't be completely wasted effort on my part and I'll try to get it merged. (It also works on PowerVR, but I didn't want to push a big chunk of extra code & complexity for a platform nobody cares about) 08-02-2017, 10:30 AM

Eh if it works on PowerVR reasonably far back I would merge it. Not very common but considering that PowerVR appears in the weirdest places it could be useful later down the line. Plus with Mediatek's Helio x30 using a GT7400 there is a good chance I myself will be trying PowerVR in dolphin in the coming months 08-02-2017, 10:39 AM

Now, that point doesn't mean much, as many devices seem to be completely "fire and forget" as far as driver updates go. 08-02-2017, 12:35 PM

I thought you said the extension was exposed on branch 1.11 and newer on SGX 545 and 554? 08-02-2017, 01:06 PM

Yes, but dolphin requires GLES3 (which isn't supported on sgx), and the current head uses features that hit bugs that weren't fixed until (relatively) recently. All rogue cores should support GLES3.1 with the AEP (the only thing missing from 3.2 is ASTC, which was added in the Rogue-XT refresh) 08-02-2017, 01:39 PM
Everything works well and there is no graphic interference, fps is a bit slower
